1. About Us

This website is operated by TMT Steel House, a bulk TMT saria (reinforcement steel bar) supplier based at Gulab Shah Estate, Bus Depot, Gala No. 488, 2nd Lane, Saliya Galli, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Kurla West, Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400070. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Products

We deal in bulk supply of TMT saria bars of the following brands: Tata Tiscon, JSW Neosteel and SAIL TMT, in sizes ranging from 6mm to 32mm. We are a reseller/dealer of these brands and are not affiliated with, or an official representative of, Tata Steel, JSW Steel or SAIL.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All prices are subject to prevailing market/mill rates at the time of order confirmation, and may change without prior notice due to steel market fluctuations.
• A quotation shared over call, WhatsApp or email is valid only for the period specified at the time of quoting, generally 24–48 hours unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are exclusive of GST and transportation unless specifically mentioned.

4. Bulk Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on brand, size, quantity, rate and delivery timeline.
• Minimum order quantities may apply for certain brands or sizes; this will be communicated at the time of enquiry.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms (advance, partial advance, or against delivery) will be agreed upon before order confirmation.
• Material dispatch is subject to receipt of agreed payment/advance as per the order confirmation.
• All payments should be made through official channels only; we are not responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons.

6. Delivery

• Delivery timelines shared are estimates and may vary due to mill dispatch schedules, transport availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address and site access details.
• Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon delivery at the specified site.

7. Product Quality

All bars supplied are genuine, mill-manufactured stock of the respective brands, accompanied by a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) where applicable. Customers are encouraged to verify brand markings and documentation upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from delay in delivery, market rate fluctuations, or third-party transport issues, beyond the value of the order itself.

9. Website Use

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
